Plenums

Our plenums are constructed using an epoxy. They designed for use on 320, 360-390 parallel and angle valve, and 540 engines.

In 2019 we switched from the high temperature epoxy resin to a high temperature vinyl ester resin. This substantially reduced the weight while improving the finish quality without jeopardizing strength.

Our plenums optimize airflow needed for engine cooling flow and reduced cooling drag. Cylinder head temperatures are closer to uniform and the overall cooling drag reduction can yield an increase in speed.
