At James Aircraft, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review the return guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unmodified

The item must be uncut

The item must be uninstalled

The item must be unused and in original condition

The item must include all original parts, hardware, and packaging (if applicable)

Items that have been altered, damaged, or installed cannot be returned.

2. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost or damaged during return transit.

3. Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10%.
This fee covers inspection, handling, and repackaging.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of your refund status.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
